Wake up

iPhones giving us the ability to document every second of our lives is both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, I now have a wonderful album of pictures from Japan. On the other, it's hard to know what to do with 1,000 images of the same monument.

Luckily, junior high kids and PTA moms figured out that there's no better place to compile a bunch of pictures than on iMovie. With its cutting-edge transitions and state-of-the-art text effects, it's the perfect format to show off the best moments of any vacation or event. Set it to a catchy pop song, and you've got a three-minute video that all of your Facebook friends will SURELY want to watch!

Here's the cinematic masterpiece chronicling our lovely trip to Japan that could only be completed after channeling 13-year-old video editor Rachel.
